How to get full access to Lomero (waitlist and demo users)

Step-by-step for joining the Lomero waitlist, getting your invitation email, and signing in. Written for waitlist users and anyone coming from a demo.

Lomero has two states: open and approved. The open side works without an account — paste a public video URL and get the transcript plus the basic structure breakdown. No login, no friction.

Everything else sits behind a waitlist right now. This post covers how to join, what to expect after you sign up, and what to do if you're here from a demo.

If you came from a demo, skip to the demo user section.

What you get with full access

Full access unlocks the complete analyzer:

  • Hook scoring with specific, actionable fixes
  • CTA scoring
  • Deep audits (the full reasoning behind each score, plus alternative phrasings)
  • Export to PDF or Markdown
  • Reference search (similar high-performing videos matched to your input)
  • MCP server access once that ships (Claude connects directly to Lomero)

Works on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Same interface as the free analyzer; the premium features just become clickable once you're approved.

There's no cost during this phase. Access is granted manually while the product is validating.

How to join the waitlist

Six steps. Takes less than a minute on your end, then there's a wait for admin approval.

1. Click Sign In in the header on lomero.app. You can also hit the Analyze button and trigger the same flow from the analyzer page — either path lands in the same place.

2. On the sign-in page, click "Join waitlist." The link sits below the email field in small text: "Want early access? Join waitlist."

3. Enter your email and click "Join the waitlist." One field, no password at this step.

4. You'll get a confirmation email. This confirms you're on the waitlist. It does not grant access yet. This is just the receipt.

5. Wait for admin approval. I review the waitlist manually and send invitations as spots open. If you want to speed this up, message me on LinkedIn (link in the footer) with a line about your use case and I'll bump your approval.

6. When approved, you get an invitation email. Open it, click the link, and set up your account — either with a password or by connecting Google. Once that's done, the full analyzer is unlocked.

Check your spam and promotions folders

The invitation email lands in spam or the promotions tab more often than it should right now. The Lomero domain is fresh, which means email providers haven't built reputation for it yet, and anything from a new sender gets scrutinized harder.

If you signed up and nothing arrives within a couple of hours, check:

  • Spam / Junk folder
  • Gmail's "Promotions" tab
  • Gmail's "Updates" tab
  • Your email client's filter rules (some corporate inboxes route new senders to subfolders automatically)

If it's still not there after 24 hours, message me on LinkedIn (link in the footer) and I'll resend manually from a different address.

If you came from a demo

If I sent you this link after a demo or a call, you still go through the same six-step flow, but you skip the approval queue.

Do this:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 above: Sign In → Join waitlist → enter your email.
  2. Immediately after, message me on LinkedIn (link in the footer) with one line: "We spoke on [date], joined the waitlist with email [your email]." That's enough for me to pull your signup out of the queue and send the invitation the same day.
  3. Check your inbox for the invitation. Check spam and promotions if it's not there within a few hours.
  4. Set up the account with Google or a password.

Setting up the account

The invitation email has a link that drops you on Clerk's sign-up page. Two options:

Continue with Google. Fastest. One click, no password to remember. Recommended unless your organization blocks OAuth logins.

Email and password. Standard signup. You'll set a password at this point. Make it real — password reset works but it's an extra round-trip through email.

Once you're in, the full analyzer is available at lomero.app/analyze. No onboarding walkthrough — the interface is identical to the open side, the premium features just work now.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Lomero without joining the waitlist?

Yes. The open side is fully available without an account. Paste a public video URL on lomero.app/analyze and get the transcript plus the basic structure breakdown. No email required.

How long does waitlist approval take?

Depends on the queue. Most signups get approved within 48 hours. Demo users who message me directly get same-day turnaround.

The confirmation email arrived but the invitation hasn't — what's wrong?

Nothing's wrong. The confirmation is automatic; the invitation requires admin approval. If it's been more than 48 hours, check spam, promotions, and updates folders. Then ping Nick on LinkedIn (link in the footer).

I never got any email at all — what should I do?

Check spam, promotions, and any subfolders your inbox auto-routes to. Wait 30 minutes (sometimes Clerk's delivery is slower than expected). If still nothing, ping Nick on LinkedIn (link in the footer) with the email you used to sign up and I'll resend manually.

Is there a cost to join the waitlist?

No. Access is free for approved users during this phase.

I'm an agency managing multiple clients — can I get a team setup?

Message Nick on LinkedIn (link in the footer) with rough seat count and monthly volume. Team arrangements are handled directly for now.

Can I use Google sign-in if I signed up with a plain email?

Yes. Clerk lets you link a Google account to an existing email signup from the account settings. You don't need to create a second account.

Why is there a waitlist at all?

Because access is manual right now and I review each signup. Keeps the product stable while the infrastructure gets pressure-tested. It won't stay this way forever.
